Reception
Reception is open from 8.00 to 12.00 and 18.00 to 20.00 daily. Please call 04 92 58 03 52 or 06 26 40 23 07 during other hours.

Check in time
Rooms are usually available from 17.00, an earlier time may be possible, please ask.
Check out time
Check out is by 11.00, a later time may be possible, please ask.
Evening meal
Available from 7 to 9 PM.
Breakfast
A continental style breakfast is available from 7.30 to 10 AM, bookable in advance.
Picnic
A picnic can be provided please order in advance of your arrival.
Disabled access
Please note that the disabled access is limited. There are several different levels on the ground floor. There is no lift, and all rooms are on the first and second floors.
Environmentally friendly transport
The hotel is on the N75, and accessible by-
Walking, the hotel is on the Grand randonne 94E.
Bicycle. These can be safely stored, and service tools are available.
Bus, the Zou! route 31 passes St. Julien en Beauchêne, zou.maregionsud.fr
Train, it is 7km to Lus la Croix Haute station
Electric car, the nearest charging point is 800m north, at the rest area.

There are motion activated cameras in the ground floor public spaces. These are in use at night, for security purposes.

Ironing Boards
An iron and Ironing board is available for guest’s use, kindly ask.
Adaptor
British multi-pin adaptor and extension leads are available.
Registration
All guests over the age of 18 must complete the guest register. Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old, unless they are with their parents.
Recycling
Please note that there is a list of recyclable items available in the ground floor corridor.

It is possible to have laundry done at the hotel.

Fire and Emergency
If the fire alarm sounds, please leave the hotel and meet in the garden at the rear of the hotel. Additionally please refer to the “fire safety and security card" for further fire safety instruction.
Pets
Pets are accepted, please note, some rooms are not suitable for very large dogs.
Towels / Linen
If you would like your towels replaced, please put them on the floor. Towels on the rack would tell us you wish to reuse them. Using towels more than once saves using detergents and water and is better for the environment.
Toiletries
If you have forgotten an item, there are toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam and deodorant available.
Bar
The bar area is available for our guests use.
Garden
The garden is for our guests to enjoy.
Parking / garage
There is free parking to the rear of the hotel. Motorbikes / bicycles can be placed in the garage.
